Systems & Software

Custo $

We've tried several marketing and customer experience systems in the various businesses we've started and each has had it's pros and cons. Most require building and maintaining integrations to link your CRM, website, courses, BLOGs, email marketing platform, workflow automations, social media management tools, .... They also can get expensive when you grow your contacts. In addition, even the best systems need to be setup and built out to solve for your business needs.

To help our customers become more successful, faster we've implemented our own powerful platform that brings the majority of business needs under one system at a good value. Meet Custo. Think of Custo as your primary customer experience solution.

We've migrated most of the various systems we were using under the Custo umbrella and have enjoyed our new simplified world and all the added benefits it brings.

We are continually building Custo to include the business automations, scheduling calendars, email campaigns, ... small businesses need which allow us to "push" all that work to you so you can get going fast!

Canva

Canva is a great tool for the non-designer to use for creating visual content for your business. Use it to create website images, logos, business cards, brochures, marketing materials, social media images, .... it's pretty powerful and very simple to use. If you're trying create something super complex, a tool like Adobe Illustrator (which requires a lot of training) may be more suited, but for 90% of what a business needs Canva can do it. We use it almost daily. Start with their FREE plan and move to their PRO plan if you need the extra features. We use the PRO plan.
